Please send payment for this class early enough so that it arrives in
our P.O. box no later than one week prior to the date of the class.  
For example, if the class is scheduled for the 14th of the month,
payment must be received at least by the 7th.  This is to ensure that
the instructors will have time to prepare the classroom  and the
range for a known number of students.
